The program will focus on boosting game performance, sharpening focus and concentration, enhancing mental toughness, increasing enjoyment for all players, and fostering emotional regulation through mindfulness practices. We will guide participants through the foundational principles of mindfulness, giving players practical tools to manage stress, enhance emotional regulation, improve mental clarity, and improve focus and concentration during pickleball games. By integrating mindfulness into sports, the program will empower players to manage stress, stay calm under pressure, and improve their overall performance both on and off the court.
